Week 1

Establishing Your Baseline

We start by measuring where you stand today — your current capacity, hidden stress patterns your body is holding onto without you realizing it, and where you're already excelling versus where you're stretched thin. You'll also get an early signal on how your current patterns may be showing up in your relationships.

Week 2

Spotting the Real Misalignments

We identify the specific situations where your instincts and your environment are out of sync, then practice staying clear and composed by syncing mind and body in real time — so your thinking and your physical state are working with each other, not against each other. You'll also complete a hands-on exercise designed to show you, in just 30 minutes, how much time you're actually capable of reclaiming.

Week 3

You'll learn to see mistakes and recurring undesired outcomes — the patterns that keep showing up even when you don't want them to — not as failures, but as useful information. Think of them as a diagnostic, not a verdict. We'll also reset how your body holds stress, and you'll retake your baseline assessment to measure real movement.

Week 4

Designing Your Vision

Together, we build your personal roadmap — a clear, written vision across every area of your life (career, relationships, health, purpose) — and put a concrete plan in place to make sure it actually gets lived out, not just written down.

Week 5

Holding Opposing Forces Without Needing Resolution

You'll learn to move forward and create real outcomes even when two opposing truths, pressures, or forces are both present at once — without needing to "solve" the tension between them first. Friction and pushback aren't treated as problems to fix; they're reframed as a natural, even necessary, part of forward motion.

Week 6

Leading Without Micromanaging Yourself

You'll install a repeatable system for executing your goals on autopilot, and learn how to navigate shifting relationships and dynamics with calm authority — leading from a grounded place rather than reactivity.

Week 7

Graduation

A formal 60-minute closing session with you, up to two people you choose to invite, your Lead Coach, and your Implementation Coach — to mark the transformation and set your path forward.
